After 20+ years in the corporate, nonprofit and small business space, I have extensive expertise in accounting, financial management, restructuring, strategic planning, business development, fundraising and general management. I have worked across industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, healthcare, consumer products, professional services and nonprofits. My passion is to support innovative products and services that fill a void in today’s marketplace. I am a CPA and hold a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University and a Masters in International Business from Columbia University. Gerard Maguire, Principal
My professional career began as a small business volunteer with the Peace Corps – an experience that developed my interest in working internationally and supporting small businesses. I have over 20 years’ professional experience across industries, including 10+ years working with start-ups in the for-profit higher education sector. I have worked throughout Latin America, Europe, and Asia. I have a knack for clearly explaining financial terms to non-financial clients in part due to skills I developed working overseas. I provide my clients with financial management, corporate reporting, accounting, post-acquisition integration, start-up support, and process improvement. I also provide financial wellness training and coaching to clients, their staff, and high school and university students. Financial wellness is a passion for me. Along with developing healthy eating and lifestyle habits, it is important to develop healthy financial habits. Money is freedom! I have an undergraduate degree in Finance from Loyola University and a Masters in International Business from Columbia University. Mark Zender, Finance & Planning
I am a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial and cash flow management and business operations for small and large organizations across a broad range of industries and for both public and private enterprises. I have an MBA from La Salle University and a BSBA in Finance from Xavier University. My passion is to form strong partnerships with business owners and their teams to help derive additional business value. My breadth and depth of financial experience in supporting and strengthening growing businesses with strong budgeting, planning, and analysis infrastructure enables me to quickly understand your business and goals. Zach Grafe, Finance and Data Analysis
I specialize in financial management, business planning, and data analysis and my experience is with both for-profit and non-profit enterprises in the education, healthcare, financial services, and consumer industries. I work with leadership to develop and implement strategic financial and operational plans and I have expertise in building complex financial models, analyzing strategic investment and acquisition opportunities, and providing analytical support for investor presentations and grant applications. I served as a contract CFO for multiple organizations and spent several years as an analyst in the venture capital industry with New Mexico Community Capital. I studied finance at Texas A&M University and graduated summa cum laude.
Vickie Sanders, Accounting
I am an accounting professional with over 10+ years of experience maintaining the accounting books of small and growing enterprises across industries including nonprofit, medical equipment, real estate and professional services. I take care of your customer invoicing and receipts, bills and accounts payable, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations and general bookkeeping. I have experience preparing schedules and support for reviews and audits. I am also certified as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor. I am passionate about supporting growing enterprises and I look forward to serving you!
